ForteBio Octet RED96e System 為利用生物膜干涉技術 BLI (Biolayer Interferometry) 原理,用以偵測分子間交互作用,應用於測定分子之間結合與解離相關常數 (KD、 kon 與 koff)。可直接使用於分子交互作用試驗,與樣品接觸之感測元件為耗材式設計,防止樣品之間交叉污染,因此檢測結束後,樣品可以回收利用。8 通道設計可選擇單次平行上樣 1~8 個樣品進行測試,且樣品之間完全獨立不干擾,增加實驗彈性以進行高通量交互作用實驗。本系統可應用於新藥開發、抗體篩選、結合特異性分析、蛋白質定量分析、分子鑑別、酵素反應、細胞信號傳遞與蛋白質體學等有關生物分子間之交互作用。
The ForteBio Octet RED96e System utilizes the principle of Bio-Layer Interferometry (BLI) technology to detect intermolecular interactions. It is applied to determine the relevant constants of molecular association and dissociation (KD, kon, and koff).
The system can be directly used for molecular interaction assays. The sensing elements that come into contact with the samples are designed as consumables, which prevents cross-contamination between samples, allowing for sample recovery and reuse after the analysis is complete.
The 8-channel design offers the flexibility to test 1 to 8 samples in parallel in a single run, with each sample running completely independently without interference, thereby increasing experimental flexibility for high-throughput interaction studies.
