儀器介紹與應用
ForteBio Octet RED96e System 為利用生物膜干涉技術 BLI (Biolayer Interferometry) 原理,用以偵測分子間交互作用,應用於測定分子之間結合與解離相關常數 (KD、 kon 與 koff)。可直接使用於分子交互作用試驗,與樣品接觸之感測元件為耗材式設計,防止樣品之間交叉污染,因此檢測結束後,樣品可以回收利用。8 通道設計可選擇單次平行上樣 1~8 個樣品進行測試,且樣品之間完全獨立不干擾,增加實驗彈性以進行高通量交互作用實驗。本系統可應用於新藥開發、抗體篩選、結合特異性分析、蛋白質定量分析、分子鑑別、酵素反應、細胞信號傳遞與蛋白質體學等有關生物分子間之交互作用。

 

The ForteBio Octet RED96e System utilizes the principle of Bio-Layer Interferometry (BLI) technology to detect intermolecular interactions. It is applied to determine the relevant constants of molecular association and dissociation (KD​, kon​, and koff​).

The system can be directly used for molecular interaction assays. The sensing elements that come into contact with the samples are designed as consumables, which prevents cross-contamination between samples, allowing for sample recovery and reuse after the analysis is complete.

The 8-channel design offers the flexibility to test 1 to 8 samples in parallel in a single run, with each sample running completely independently without interference, thereby increasing experimental flexibility for high-throughput interaction studies.
