NGC Discover™ 10 Pro Chromatography 為中壓蛋白質純化系統，具有高通量純化蛋白能力以作為分析級或是製備級純化之應用。系統具有可擴展性，可添加多達四層的擴充層架，可容納十五個以上功能模組。共有三組幫浦模組，分別為柱塞式系統幫浦兩組與柱塞式進樣幫浦一組，可彈性調整管柱裝置與大量進樣需求。偵測器則配備 UV/VIS 多波長、pH 酸鹼、導電度溫度等偵測功能，於純化過程中監控蛋白純化狀況。
The NGC Discover™ 10 Pro Chromatography System is a medium-pressure protein purification system that offers high-throughput protein purification capabilities for both analytical and preparative-scale applications.
The system features scalability, allowing for the addition of up to four expansion racks (tiers) to accommodate more than fifteen functional modules.
It is equipped with a total of three pump modules: two piston-driven system pumps and one piston-driven sample pump. This configuration provides flexibility for column setup and for meeting the demand for large-volume sample injection.
The detector is equipped with monitoring functions for UV/VIS multi-wavelength, pH, and conductivity/temperature, which allows for real-time monitoring of protein purification status during the process.
