本儀器具有大型超音波產生器安裝在水槽底部，大面積超音波從水槽底部直接傳遞到樣品中，破碎效果佳而且快速；樣品放置於樣品旋轉承接器，能自動定速持續旋轉，使超音波震波均勻分佈在每個樣本之間；密閉式樣本處理方式，不會產生感染性飛霧，確保研究人員的安全，樣本間也不會交叉汙染。
