The maximum heating/cooling rate can reach 4.5∘C/s. The entire series uses American-made Marlow semiconductor cooling chips, allowing for heating/cooling rates up to 6.0∘C/s. The hot lid knob is designed with a pressure protection function; when a certain pressure is exerted by the PCR tube, the knob freewheels to avoid crushing the PCR tube and causing it to melt. It features a one-key quick incubation function to meet experimental needs such as denaturation, restriction enzyme/ligase reactions, and ELISA.
