儀器介紹
接近超高速離心機的離心力，超過 100,000 x g 的離心力，可實現蛋白質的快速分離，以 JS-24.38 rotor (6 x 38 mL) 能夠達到亞細胞器的速率區帶離心。另外，JLA-9.1000 rotor可以在 16, 800 x g 的離心力下，一次完成 4L 細菌或細胞膜樣品的高產量分離。
It has a centrifugal force approaching that of an ultracentrifuge, exceeding 100,000×g, which allows for the rapid separation of proteins. Using the JS-24.38 rotor (6×38 mL), it can achieve rate-zonal centrifugation for subcellular organelles. Additionally, the JLA-9.1000 rotor can complete high-yield separation of 4 L of bacteria or cell membrane samples in a single run at a centrifugal force of 16,800×g.
