    Detailed Rules and Regulations<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. IF \u2264 2:<\/strong>Papers published in SCI journals with an Impact Factor (IF) \u2264 2 are eligible for a credit of\u00a02 hours<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    2. 2 < IF < 5:<\/strong>Papers published in SCI journals with an IF between 2 and 5 are eligible for a credit of\u00a05 hours<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    3. IF \u2265 5 or Top 10%:<\/strong>Papers with an IF \u2265 5 or ranked in the top 10% of their field are eligible for a credit of\u00a010 hours<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    4. Eligibility:<\/strong>Both the\u00a0first author<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0corresponding author<\/strong>\u00a0may apply. Each paper is limited to\u00a0one application<\/strong>. Please attach the paper (PDF) and the latest IF\/field ranking data when applying.<\/li>\n
    5. Core Facility Credit Calculation:<\/strong>(Hourly rate) \u00d7 (Credited hours).<\/li>\n
    6. Common Instrument Credit Calculation:<\/strong>(NT$100) \u00d7 (Credited hours).<\/li>\n
    7. Usage of Credits:<\/strong>Credited hours will be converted into points and added to the applicant\u2019s account in the reservation system. These points can be used for\u00a0any instrument<\/strong>\u00a0at the center (excluding the Electron Microscopy Room).<\/li>\n
    8. Multiple Instruments:<\/strong>If more than two instruments are listed, the credit will be calculated based on the instrument with the\u00a0highest hourly rate<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    9. Application Procedure:<\/strong>Ensure the acknowledgement section includes the center (the specific wording must match the template). Download and sign the application form, then submit the\u00a0hard copy<\/strong>\u00a0to the Core Facilities Center (Room D603). Additionally, email the\u00a0electronic files<\/strong>\u00a0(form, paper, and IF\/ranking data) to the designated email address.<\/li>\n
