(20\u96bb\u5c0f\u9f20\/\u5c0f\u6642)\uff0c\u4e14\u6709\u826f\u597d\u518d\u73fe\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>After the retina is stimulated by light or patterns, photochemical and photoelectrical reactions occur within the photoreceptor cells, generating a change in potential that forms a nerve impulse. This impulse is transmitted to bipolar cells and ganglion cells, passing through the optic nerve, optic chiasm, optic tract, lateral geniculate nucleus, and optic radiation, finally terminating in the visual center of the cerebral cortex near the calcarine sulcus. This process can be recorded using electrophysiological methods. Visual electrophysiology is a systematic method for examining the function from the retina to the visual center. It can objectively and non-invasively measure the visual function of animals.<br \/>\nThis instrument can test full-field ERG, FLASH VEP, Scotopic threshold response (STR) ERG, C-wave ERG, and Luminance &amp; frequency series.
