如何申請   How to Apply

  • 尚未核准實驗室的新進教師可申請借用本實驗室的實驗桌。
  • 請填寫D603-2共同實驗室借用申請單，核可後方可使用；借用以半年為限，若需延展請重新申請。
  • 請遵守實驗室人員與設備管理守則及安全規範，每次使用後應確認恢復環境與儀器設備狀況並保持整潔，離開前請務必確認未存放私人物品或藥劑。
  • New faculty members whose laboratories have not yet been officially approved may apply to use the lab benches in this facility.
  • Application Process: Please complete the “D603-2 Common Lab Space Application Form.” Usage is permitted only after official approval.Duration: Each booking is limited to six months. For extensions, please resubmit a new application.
  • Regulations: Users must comply with all Laboratory Personnel and Equipment Management Rules and Safety Protocols.Environment: After each use, please ensure the environment and equipment are restored to their original condition and kept clean. Always double-check that no personal belongings or chemical reagents are left behind before exiting.

  • 請填寫細胞培養室使用同意書，並完成使用認證時數考核 (見習3小時+實習3小時)，方能預約使用，收費為 5元/5分鐘
  • 儀器預約系統
  • Cell Culture Room Usage Regulations
  • Requirements: To be eligible for reservation, users must sign the “Cell Culture Room Usage Agreement” and complete the required certification hours (3 hours of observation + 3 hours of supervised practice). Fees: NTD$5 per 5 minutes.
  • Booking: Please use the Core Facility Center Booking System.
