- 請填寫D603-2共同實驗室借用申請單，核可後方可使用；借用以半年為限，若需延展請重新申請。
- 請遵守實驗室人員與設備管理守則及安全規範，每次使用後應確認環境與儀器設備狀況並保持整潔，離開前請務必確認未存放私人物品或藥劑。
