全光譜螢光細胞自動計數器Nexcelom Cellometer Spectrum Image Cytometer

利用螢光染劑進行計數細胞的濃度以及存活率，也可進行螢光濾片更換，依實驗需求彈性調整所需螢光channel。搭配FCS Express軟體，可進行cell image base的cell cycle 、Apoptosis、CD surface marker、transfection efficiency與Mitochondrial membrane Potential等的功能性分析。

It can be used to count cell concentration and viability using fluorescent dyes. It also allows for flexible exchange of fluorescence filters to adjust the required fluorescence channels according to experimental needs. Paired with the FCS Express software, it enables image-based functional analysis of cell cycle, Apoptosis, CD surface markers, transfection efficiency, and Mitochondrial membrane Potential.
