儀器介紹

▲Agilent Fragment Analyzer 5200毛細管電泳分析儀,透過軟體可自動控制每次上樣膠體種類與上樣,達到高通量的需求。每次可分析12組樣品,其解析度可以達到±3bp,單次可設定分析3組96孔盤樣品。

 

▲特點

1.本儀器搭配33公分毛細管,能快速提供使用者最高片段解析度。

2.單一樣本僅需2µL 0.5ng/uL即可分析。分析片段大小35-50000 bp,具有高敏感度(5 pg/ul)與高解析度(3 bp)。

3.可進行定性與定量分析。支援Cell free DNA (cfDNA)、Genomic DNA、Total RNA、mRNA、Micro RNA、PCR product定量分析。

4.亦適用於次世代定序(NGS)前處理之DNA連續片段QC及NGS建庫後分析與微小片段判定。

5.一次可以同時分析12個樣品。

6.可同時放置3個96孔盤數量的樣品(288個樣品)連續分析。

7.適用盤型96-well plate,12-tube strips。

8.光源:含10 W LED,至少具470nm激發光組。

9.偵測器:含高敏度CCD,至少可偵測500-600nm發射光。

The Agilent Fragment Analyzer 5200 Capillary Electrophoresis System can automatically control the gel type and loading for each run via software, achieving high-throughput capability. It can analyze 12 samples per run, with a resolution of up to ±3 bp, and can be set to analyze three 96-well plate samples in a single batch.
Features
1. This instrument is equipped with a 33 cm capillary, which quickly provides users with the highest fragment resolution.
2. Only 2 μL of sample at 0.5 ng/μL is required for analysis. It can analyze fragment sizes from 35–50,000 bp, offering high sensitivity (5 pg/μL) and high resolution (3 bp).
3. It can perform both qualitative and quantitative analysis. It supports quantitative analysis of Cell-free DNA (cfDNA), Genomic DNA, Total RNA, mRNA, Micro RNA, and PCR products.
4. It is also suitable for quality control (QC) of continuous DNA fragments before Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) pre-processing, post-NGS library analysis, and micro-fragment size determination.
5. It can analyze 12 samples simultaneously in one run.
6. It can continuously analyze samples from up to three 96-well plates (288 samples).
7. Compatible Plate Types: 96-well plate, 12-tube strips.
8. Light Source: Includes a 10 W LED with at least a 470 nm excitation filter set.
