儀器介紹

  • 雙層平行光路設計;全新的雙層平行光路設計,打破以往的單層光路,使Ni系列可以同時加裝CCD影像裝置和高階系統組件如雙層螢光濾片轉盤、Photoactivation module、multiphoton detector (NDD),使得可應用的層面更加靈活與寬廣。
  • 雙光子影像擷取,提供更深層的影像資料,透過與Nikon A1R Multiphoton 系統的組合,及高感度的NDD(non-descanned detector),使得Ni可以擷取樣品更深層以及更清晰的影像,另外透過改變對焦系統由載物台變成鼻輪調整焦距,使載物台可以固定位置,可以方便進行實驗。

 

Dual-Layer Parallel Light Path Design: The brand-new dual-layer parallel light path design breaks away from the previous single-layer light path, allowing the Ni series to simultaneously install a CCD imaging device and high-end system components such as a dual-layer fluorescence filter turret, Photoactivation module, and Multiphoton Detector (NDD), making the range of applications more flexible and broad.

Two-Photon Image Acquisition: Provides deeper image data. Through combination with the Nikon A1R Multiphoton system and the highly sensitive non-descanned detector (NDD), the Ni can capture deeper and clearer images of the sample. Furthermore, by changing the focusing system from a stage-based mechanism to nosepiece-based focus adjustment, the stage can remain fixed, which facilitates experiments.
