儀器介紹

  • 雙層平行光路設計；全新的雙層平行光路設計，打破以往的單層光路，使Ni系列可以同時加裝CCD影像裝置和高階系統組件如雙層螢光濾片轉盤、Photoactivation module、multiphoton detector (NDD)，使得可應用的層面更加靈活與寬廣。
  • 雙光子影像擷取，提供更深層的影像資料，透過與Nikon A1R Multiphoton 系統的組合，及高感度的NDD(non-descanned detector)，使得Ni可以擷取樣品更深層以及更清晰的影像，另外透過改變對焦系統由載物台變成鼻輪調整焦距，使載物台可以固定位置，可以方便進行實驗。
